Full payment is required in advance if your product pick up date/ delivery date is within three weeks or less.

A 20% deposit must be paid upon placing your order. A minimum £5.00 is non refundable.

The full deposit will be non refundable if a order is cancelled two weeks or less before the products pick up date/ delivery date.

The products expiration date will be clearly marked on the packaging.

We do not take any responsibility if your parcel is late or lost and we have confirmation to show your order was posted in time for your required date. All parcels are fully insured.

We do not take any responsibility if your parcel or its contents arrives damaged.

A minimum order of 6 cookies is required unless you are ordering a set.

Postage prices start from £5 but could be more depending on the package size and weight.
