Terms & Conditions

We are a fully registered, insured, health and hygiene certified business running from a home kitchen in Chester, Cheshire.

PRICING

​

  • Pricing depends on the design therefore all cookies are priced individually.​ Message me on Instagram if you have a query regarding this.

  • If you require additional customization, prices may increase.

  • All prices include heat sealing and packaging.

  • We can supply ribbons, gift boxes, message cards and postage for an extra charge.

ORDERING

​​​

  • All cookies and treats are handmade and designed by hand.

  • When requesting a design, please be aware that we cannot copy copyrighted material.

  • Once your order is placed, we are happy to accept amendments within reason up until you have paid in full. 

  • A minimum order of six cookies is required unless you are ordering a set.

  • All cookies are handmade and on rare occasions they might be slightly different.

PAYMENT

​

  • Payment accepted by direct bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or PayPal.

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid upon placing your order.

  • A minimum £5.00 of the total order amount is non-refundable.

  • Full payment is required three weeks prior to your pick up date/ delivery date.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking if your product pick up date/ delivery date is within three weeks or less.

  • Orders made two weeks or less prior to your pick up date, or three weeks or less if postage is required, may incur an additional late order fee of 25%.

  • Work on your order will not begin until the full payment has been received.

POSTAGE

​

  • Free local pick up is available within the Chester area. We will contact you once your order is complete with the pickup address and to arrange a convenient pickup time. Prior to handing over your order we will double check your order to confirm it is in perfect condition.

  • Postage is available although not recommended due to the fragile nature of cookies.

  • Postage prices start from £5 but could be more depending on the package size and weight.

  • We do not take any responsibility if your parcel is late or lost and we have confirmation to show your order was posted in time for your required date.

  • All parcels are fully insured should your parcel be lost in the post.

  • We do not take any responsibility if your parcel or its contents arrives damaged.

  • All parcels are professionally packaged.

INGREDIENTS

​

  • Only premium ingredients are used to hand make and decorate all our cookies and treats.

  • All ingredients used will be listed on a label found on each set.

  • The products expiration date is 8/12 weeks from when the cookie is opened.

  • Store in a cool and dry place away from strong light. Once opened store in an airtight container.

ALLERGIES

​

  • All cookies and treats are prepared in a working kitchen. Although we can state food items do not contain certain ingredients such as dairy or nuts, we cannot guarantee there will no trace of these ingredients found.

  • Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any concerns about allergies.

 

 

REFUNDS

​

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • No refund will be offered for orders cancelled three weeks or less prior to the pickup date / delivery date. This is to cover orders we may have had to turn down due to having your order in our schedule.

  • A minimum £5.00 of the order is non-refundable regardless of when the order is cancelled.

  • All refunds are at the discretion of the business owner.

  • No refund will be given if your package and/or its contents arrive damaged.

  • We do not take any responsibility if your parcel is late or lost and we have confirmation to show your order was posted in time for your required date. 

  • All parcels are fully insured. Should your parcel be lost in the post we would need to investigate and resolve this through the postal service before we issue a refund.

  • We need to be made aware of any complaints relating to your order within 24 hours of your order being picked up or delivered. To investigate your complaint we may need your order returning to us.
